By accessing or using the Revovest platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access or use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using Revovest, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. You must not be a resident of a country where the use of our services is prohibited.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Investment Risk Disclosure
Trading and investing in financial instruments carries significant risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. 5. KYC and Anti-Money Laundering
We are required by law to verify the identity of our users. You agree to provide valid identification documents when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in limitations on your account, including restrictions on withdrawals. We reserve the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
6. Fees and Charges
Revovest charges fees for certain services as outlined in our fee schedule. Fees may be changed with reasonable notice. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your account and transactions. Fees are clearly disclosed before any transaction is completed.
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Revovest for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, or any other activity that violates applicable laws or regulations. Violations may result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
